This is for 12 months of Online Personal Training. I will be with you monitoring your workouts and Nutrition throughout the entire training training period paid for. You will have a personalized Nutrition Plan while tracking calories, macros, micronutrients etc. and a Workout regime according to your goals to ensure you stay on track. I'm the Coach, you're the Player; follow the playbook and we can get that Championship! Take Heed that it could take more than 12 months to achieve your goal(s)!
