The York Black Vinyl Aerobic Weight Plate Set includes;
2 x 2.5lb, 2 x 5lb, 2 x 10lb, 2 thumbscrew collars. (approx 16 KG per set)
Designed for functional studio weight sessions the striking vinyl weight plates are safe to train with, easy to pick up, and simple to clean.
The York Mobile Aerobic Rack (69034) provides storage for 20 weight plates (model 1170) and 20 x of 54" Aerobic bars.
